The Chromatic Time Capsule
This project uses viewership and rating data of the Academy Awards show from 2000 to 2023, and presents the data in a visual form. Each second of footage equals one million viewers, and the saturation of the footage combined with the height of the columns representing the rating of that year's Oscars.
